Raw material preparation
Silo or bunker loading and discharge of raw material and additives. Dependent upon flow properties of the bulk materials varying discharge devices are employed.
Silo/Bunker loading and discharge:
- Loading with chain bucket elevator BW-Z, pivoting pan conveyor SPB or trough chain conveyor type TKF
- Armoured chain conveyor type PKF
- Bunker discharge wagons type BEW
- Centrex® type CTX for silo discharge
- Dosed bunker discharge with weight feeder type DBP
Loading of the raw material mill and circuit:
- Chain bucket elevator BW-Z for loading and circuit
- Trough chain conveyor type TKF for filter dust discharge
Loading of the raw meal silo:
- Belt bucket elevator type BW-G
